If processes are being followed correctly, when a purchase is received it will be receipted into the warehouse that it’s delivered to. If the stock needs to be moved from one warehouse to another, then a Warehouse Transfer should be created.
In Unleashed, click on Shortcut/Warehouse Transfers:

Click Add

Select the Source (Where the stock is coming from), and
The Destination (Where the stock is going to)
Enter any comments if useful
Select the product(s) being transferred and enter the quantity
Click Add, when all products added
If sending to Beer Fridge, don’t click Complete until you have received notification from them that they have receipted the product into their system
