To Transfer From One Warehouse to Another

If processes are being followed correctly, when a purchase is received it will be receipted into the warehouse that it’s delivered to. If the stock needs to be moved from one warehouse to another, then a Warehouse Transfer should be created.

• In Unleashed, click on Shortcut/Warehouse Transfers:

• Click Add

• Select the Source (Where the stock is coming from), and

• The Destination (Where the stock is going to)

• Enter any comments if useful

• Select the product(s) being transferred and enter the quantity

• Click Add, when all products added

• If sending to Beer Fridge, don’t click Complete until you have received notification from them that they have receipted the product into their system

• Instead, email them the transfer document
