How to Update Product/Customer/Supplier Codes

NOTE: PLEASE DO THIS WITH EXTREME CAUTION. PRODUCTS THAT ARE SOLD VIA SHOPIFY ARE LINKED VIA THE PRODUCT CODE AND CHANGING THIS CODE WILL CAUSE ISSUES. DO NOT CHANGE ANY LINKED TO SHOPIFY WITHOUT FIRST CHECKING WITH JOANNA.

If you need to update a product/customer/supplier code, go to:

• Inventory/Products (or Customer or Supplier depending on which you’re changing)

• Change Codes

If you only need to change one code then enter it here, then enter the New Code and click Save.

If you need to change bulk codes, then use the Batch option. This will guide you through downloading a template to populate and upload.
