HB Brewing Company Unleashed Process from Brew/Blend through to

Packaged Finished Product

Step 1

  • Go to Production/Assemblies/Add Assembly

  • Enter Product code for brew you are making, this will always start with BR i.e BRPL for Pure Lager

  • Enter the Quantity you expect to create i.e. 5000 ltrs

  • Click Yes to update the Assembly – always think about this prompt as the answer will vary at different stages – clicking yes will update the quantities as per your recipe

  • Enter the actual values for any fluctuating ingredients

  • Enter the date you expect the Brew to be ready for bottling

  • Enter any comments as required i.e. QA Notes

  • Go to Batch Numbers

  • Enter the batch number, expiry date and quantity

  • Click Add Batch, then Save

  • From the dropdown by Save, select the appropriate stage

  • Repeat above process for all brews/blends for the week

Step 2

  • When brewing and bottling etc are complete, go to Assemblies/view assemblies

  • This will show all brews (filter the status by if there are a lot of assemblies)

  • Select the brew you are working on. Enter the final yield in the quantity i.e. 5101.25

  • DO NOT select yes when prompted to re-calculate. SELECT NO

  • Select the batch and enter the final yield

  • Save to ensure all is updated

  • Click Complete

Step 3 – For Brews only

  • Create an Assembly to convert to Bright Beer

  • Enter a product code starting with BB i.e for Pure Lager it will be BBPL

  • Select Yes to update assembly quantity

  • Enter the Date

  • Enter the batch details in two places

  • The numbers will need to be green before you can complete

  • Complete

Step 4

  • Create assemblies for all output i.e 56 x PL330CS, 86 x PL620CS, 1 x PL50L

  • Click Yes when asked if you want to recalculate quantities

  • If the end product comes from different brews, this can be reflected in the number of litres of beer by assigning to different batches

  • Enter the number of bottles and their batch numbers
