To Disassemble a Brew

If you make a mistake in an assembly and it has been finalised, you can disassemble it, however, please ensure you follow this process

Step 1

• Go to Production/Assemblies/Add Disassembly

• Enter Product code for brew you are disassembling, this will always start with BR i.e BRMS (for Milk Stout)

• Enter the Quantity you are disassembling – 1 is a single batch i.e. 1000 ltrs, enter 2 for a double batch (this should be the same as your assembled amount)

• Check that the quantities and costs are exactly the same as in your assembly – Unleashed may recalculate them, so be sure to double check.

If you need to reverse the taxes in Xero, go to purchases and find the stock journal. Reverse this, but instead of coding to Stock on Hand, code to Purchases - UL
